The accessories included with P6248 allow RAMBUS to be accessed through probes and IEEE-1394 interconnection. All probes have a small probe geometry. They are all equipped with probe tip attachments that can accommodate manual detection of surface mounted equipment while maintaining a high CMRR. They are an ideal choice for disk drive read channel electronics and timing analysis design validation, suitable for troubleshooting ground vibration issues associated with high-speed logic.
